Over a three-year period, this lakefront property was transformed into a multi-building family estate designed to host more than twenty guests comfortably. Our work included a custom workshop and storage building, a guest house addition, full roofing replacements, decks, exterior upgrades, and new windows and doors across multiple structures.
One phase — the custom workshop — was a design-build completed from breaking ground to handover in under five months, requiring detailed planning, tight trade coordination, and careful scheduling to meet an ambitious timeline.
The property is fully winterized and equipped with remote monitoring systems for temperature, security, and backup power, allowing the owners to manage and enjoy the estate year-round from the city. Throughout the project, we handled planning, coordination, and execution while keeping the clients as involved as they wished.
Every structure was positioned and built to take advantage of the surrounding lake views, with each phase contributing to a long-term vision for the property.
